The Staunton Grocery is proud to offer four, five and six course tasting menus for a truly memorable dining experience.

If you are new to the concept, a brief description is in order. When you choose one of our tastings, you place yourself in the capable hands of Chef Ian Boden, who will custom design a meal for you ala minute combining a selection of items from the menu with wholly unique dishes prepared just for the occasion. Our tastings present cuisine as an artform, and your journey through a progressive selection of dishes will be a truly unique dining experience.

To enhance the meal you may allow Wine Director Kyle Boatright to pair individual glasses of wine with each course for a heightened sensual experience. Kyle will match your dishes with a princely pour of international wines specifically selected to fully bring out the flavor in each course, including a festive dessert wine. For many of our customers, the only decision they need to make is where to dine; after that, they can relax and enjoy a voyage of culinary discovery and each others’ company.
