Your Staunton fine dining options have
just gotten fresher with the opening of the Staunton Grocery,
located in Historic Downtown Staunton, Virginia.
The Staunton Grocery offers a gracious dining
experience, featuring the freshest local products and produce
from more than two dozen small area farms in and around the
Shenandoah Valley. With his commitment to sustainable agriculture,
Owner/Chef Ian Boden allows the seasonal flavors to inspire
the dynamic menu, which is reviewed, refined and changed regularly,
sometimes daily.
Boden draws from his 16 years of experience
to craft modern interpretations of Southern Cuisine, creating
each plate in house, from scratch. The highest form of dining
offered are the tasting menus, either a four or six course
meal created at the time of order, and available served with
wines selected to enhance each individual course by resident
wine director Kyle Boatright.
A visit to the Staunton Grocery is a unique
and unforgettable dining experience, one where the location
and cuisine are artfully intertwined. The dress is casual
and it is a non-smoking atmosphere.
