Sunday from 12 noon until around 11 pm
Helping to prep for service and organizing deliveries.
The purpose is to get familiar with ingredients used
at The Staunton Grocery and to start to gain a respect
for them in that they will being meeting and dealing
directly with the farms that grow the products that
we use.
Accompanying the chef to the farmers market twice a
week to further their understanding of where our foods
come from, and once again, to meet the people that grow
our food.
During service, depending on the experience of said
intern, they will assist one of our experienced line
cooks or Sous Chef in the execution of dishes during
service.
